Paris Saint-Germain is reportedly eyeing a move for Borussia Dortmund forward Erling Haaland to help them challenge for the Ligue 1 title. The French giants have been heavily linked with a move for the Norwegian international in recent months and their interest appears to be growing. Haaland has been one of the standout performers in European football this season, scoring 26 goals in just 28 games for Dortmund. He has also impressed defensively, making him a key player for the Bundesliga champions. The arrival of Haaland would give PSG a significant boost ahead of the final stages of the Ligue 1 campaign. The French club currently sit second in the table but they will face a tough run-in against teams such as Lyon and Marseille. Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur have also been linked with a move for Manchester City striker Harry Kane. The English forward has struggled to find his best form this season, scoring just six goals in 25 games for the Premier League champions. Kane has long been a target for Tottenham and his performances for City have not convinced many that he should be at the club. However, the addition of Haaland could provide a major boost for the north London side. If Paris Saint-Germain can secure a deal for Haaland, it could be a game-changer for their Ligue 1 campaign. With Kane potentially available, the pressure on both sides could increase even further. |
